WOII Recreation Center

Our Recreation Center includes the Clubhouse and the pool.

The Clubhouse  houses the Fitness Center, men's and women's bathrooms, and the Great Room which can be reserved by WOII residents for private events.

Fitness Center (all year): 5:00 am-11:00 pm daily

Pool (late-May through mid-September): 5:00 am-11:00 pm daily

NOTE:   All residents and guests must exit the entire facility completely by 11 PM sharp. Staying past this time is strictly prohibited.

Key cards grant you access to the pool and gym. All residents are required to sign a Clubhouse, Workout Room and Pool Notice, Acknowledgement, Waiver and Release AKA the "Pool Waiver" BEFORE receiving your key cards (see below). Download, print, and sign Rec Center Waiver (see blue section below) for each adult household resident (ages 18+), then scan and email your signed waiver(s) to wo2pool@gmail.com.

If you have already turned in your waiver form but haven't received your key card, or if you are having trouble with your existing key card, click the Report Issue button on this page. NOTE: There is a $10 replacement fee per key card for lost, stolen, or otherwise misplaced key cards.

Our Fitness Center includes

• free hand weights,
• elliptical machines,
• Echelon bike with free courses,
• treadmills,
• televisions, and
• cleaning supplies.

Pool rules and regulations are posted poolside and below. The following rules must be adhered to by all pool users:

🐶Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the pool area or anywhere on the Recreation Center property at any time under any circumstances.

🪑Return chairs to where you found them, and ⛱️lower umbrellas after use.

🎵The last person leaving the pool area shall be sure to turn off the music.

🗑️Pick up trash and food off the ground, and place in the trash cans provided.

🧸Take all toys and other belongings with you (even if you’ll be returning the next day).

💦Dry off before entering the bathrooms to keep water off the floors and avoid creating a slip hazard.

 🚭 Smoking is not allowed anywhere on Recreation Center property, including inside and outside the Clubhouse as well as the pool area.

 🍕 Glass, food, drinks, running are not allowed inside the pool area.

 1️⃣4️⃣ Children under age 14 and non-swimmers are not allowed to use the pool without responsible adult supervision. There is no lifeguard on duty, and you will be swimming at your own risk. Swimming alone is never allowed.

 🔊 Remember that there are residents living very close to the pool. While it’s important that everybody enjoys their time at the pool, as with any shared or public space, we must also be courteous and mindful of how our actions impact others. Be mindful of the volume level of the music and your voices. Please turn the music off before you leave if you are the last person to leave the pool area.
