Annual Meeting 2025

Our 2025 Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 10 AM at the Clubhouse. Please review the relevant documents shown below in preparation for the meeting. More information about voting in person, by mail, and online will be included in the mailing each homeowner will receive on or around 6/2. Voting will be open now through Friday, 6/13 at 5:00 PM when the annual meeting begins. If you have any questions, email wo2pool@gmail.com.

We will be filling ten (10) board seats at our annual meeting. To add yourself to the ballot as a candidate for one of those seats, send your full name and brief bio with relevant experience to wo2pool@gmail.com by Friday, May 30 at 5 PM. Keep in mind that you would not be running for a specific board role but for a seat. At the next board meeting, the new board will decide amongst themselves which role each member will be responsible for.
