Annual Meeting 2026

Our 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 10 AM at the Clubhouse. Please review the relevant documents shown below in preparation for the meeting. More information about voting in person, by mail, and online will be included in the mailing each homeowner will receive the week of 6/1. Early and online voting will be open Monday, 6/1 through Friday, 6/12 at 8:00 PM. If you have any questions, or need help with resetting your eBallot credentials, email wo2pool@gmail.com.

We will be filling four (4) board seats at our annual meeting this year.

We will be filling ten (10) board seats at our annual meeting. To add yourself to the ballot as a candidate for one of those seats, send your full name and brief bio with relevant experience to wo2pool@gmail.com by Friday, May 30 at 5 PM.  Keep in mind that you would not be running for a specific board role but for a seat. At the next board meeting, the new board will decide amongst themselves which role each member will be responsible for.
