ELECTING MEMBERS
At least four (4) new Board members are elected to occupy a seat for a 3-year term each year at the annual meeting while the existing members complete their respective terms. Note: Board members are elected to a seat only, and the Board decides amongst themselves how roles and responsibilities will be distributed. Being elected to the Board is NOT a guarantee of being chosen to perform a specific role/function.
REPLACING MEMBERS
Since each year (ideally) only four new people enter the Board, this allows for more continuity in Board functioning. If for some reason a Board member must be replaced before their term expires, a replacement member is appointed to complete their position until the next annual meeting.

The Board members shown below were elected or re-elected at our annual meeting on June 14, 2025.
All WOII homeowners are welcome to attend the monthly HOA Board meetings held every 2nd Monday at 7 PM at the Clubhouse. If you'd like to attend online, click the button below to access the Zoom meeting.

President
Leads the Board of Directors. Chairs monthly, annual, and special meetings of the Board and community at large. Sets and distributes meeting agendas. Collaborates with Communications Director to oversee outgoing Board communications. Liaises with attorney on all legal matters and other professionals as needed.

Secretary
Maintains all paper and digital records of Board activities. Records and presents for approval the minutes of all meetings. Distributes documentation to the Board and community. Monitors and organizes HOA email box and routes emails to other Board members. Maintains banking info and recordkeeping of C&R violation letters and property liens filed.

Treasurer
Manages financial recordkeeping. Oversees billing and collection of dues and disbursement of funds. Oversees development of the proposed annual budget and reserves. Presents monthly and annual financial reporting of the fiscal condition to the Board and residents. Ensures compliance with government financial requirements.

Facilities Director
Manages entire Clubhouse operation. Programs and distributes key cards for Clubhouse access. Manages the scheduling of the Great Room for private resident use. Arranges vendors to bid on and perform work on the Clubhouse. Orders necessary supplies and oversees contracted cleaning of the facility.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Director
Ensures completion of resident approval requests in advance of exterior home additions and modifications in accordance with ACC and C&R guidelines. Collaborates with Secretary to manage recordkeeping of ACC requests. Collaborates with C&R Director for ongoing review and enforcement.

Communications Director
Manages resident communications, data, and technology. Writes and sends newsletters, social media posts, and email announcements. Creates branded forms, documents, and graphic materials for elections, events, and meetings. Keeps website and online voting site up to date and user-friendly.

Event Director
Coordinates delivery of welcome packets to new residents by Welcome Wagon team. Coordinates with external vendors for neighborhood events open to the public (Food Truck Fridays, NNO vendors, etc.). Coordinates outreach and communication of events with neighborhood signage. Coordinates Board members and volun

Covenants & Restrictions (C&R) Director
Monitors reports from residents regarding C&R violations. Coordinates written and in-person education and notification of residents of any violation concerns that need to be addressed. Files property liens with county office for repeat offenders.

Pool Director
Oversees the seasonal opening and closing of the pool. Oversees weekly scheduling of Pool Crew. Checks pool chemicals on scheduled days and ensures the chemicals manual is up to date. Orders pool supplies. Ensures the pool's compliance with Health Department protocols.

Pool Assistant & Facilities Assistant
Assists Pool Director with seasonal opening, maintaining, and closing the pool. Handles pool area cleanup, waste removal & ensuring pool safety. Assists Facilities Director with key cards, great room reservations, and weekly checks of the Clubhouse.

Special Projects Director & Pool Assistant
Assists Pool Director with seasonal opening, maintaining, and closing the pool. Handles pool area cleanup, waste removal & ensuring pool safety. Handles various special projects as needed for the board. Leads the expansion project, meeting with outside vendors and stakeholders.
