Our Covenants & Restrictions outline the code of conduct of WOII residents regarding the use, maintenance, and development of each piece of property within the subdivision. The enforcement of this code of conduct is crucial to upholding the property and aesthetic value of the neighborhood, and resident compliance is overseen and governed by the HOA Board.
Our Bylaws are a set of rules and guidelines established by the Homeowners Association and Recreation Center (now merged and operating jointly) to regulate the organization's conduct and is overseen and governed by our HOA Board.
Our Articles of Incorporation are the set of historical documents that secured business status for the Homeowners Association and Recreation Center when each organization was first established. These were filed with the state of Indiana for tax benefits, perpetual existence, liability protection, and enhancement of our corporate image.
